Legal Basis for Processing
Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the National Privacy Commission's Implementing Rules and Regulations, we process your personal data on the following bases:
- Consent — by creating an account and registering for a tournament, you consent to data processing as described in this policy.
- Contractual necessity — processing required to register you in a tournament and manage your participation.
- Legitimate interests — maintaining platform security, preventing result fraud, and sharing aggregate data with partner leagues.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
Lega Pauper Italia
As a partner league, PLPH may share tournament-level results and standings (not individual account details) with Lega Pauper Italia for cross-league competitive tracking and format research. No email addresses or passwords are ever shared.
Scryfall API
Card names from submitted deck lists are validated against the Scryfall public API . Only card names are transmitted — no personal information is sent to Scryfall.
Hosting & Infrastructure
The application runs on standard cloud hosting. Our hosting provider may process access logs in the ordinary course of operations. We select providers committed to data protection.
